Andrzej Gadkowski is a Legal Officer at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center in Geneva. He is responsible for the management of cross-border intellectual property and technology related disputes and promotion of WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution services globally. Andrzej holds a Ph.D. in Law from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Poland) and the University of Geneva. Before joining WIPO, he gained professional experience working with international organizations, academic institutions, Polish Diplomatic and Consular Service, and law firms in Poland. He is a member of the Poznań Bar.
