The venue capacity is limited to 1300 guests, and entry will be granted on a first come, first served basis.
At the entrance, guests will receive drink vouchers — Regular pass holders will receive a beer voucher, while Business pass holders may choose between a beer or a cocktail voucher.

During Digital Dragons Arena, the creators of the six most interesting projects from the Indie Zone will take to the stage. Each team will be given 5 minutes for their pitch and 2 minutes for questions from the jury and the audience.

Graduates of the Digital Dragons Accelerator programme, which is aimed at young studios and teams developing prototypes of interesting games, will present their projects to the conference audience.

VIP Party – Immersive Night
The VIP Party is a unique evening in the heart of Kraków’s Wesoła district – a historic neighbourhood that has been revitalised by modern technology.
Join us for a tour of the New Media Art Centre exhibition and enjoy dinner in the industrial interiors of Wesoła. An open bar will also be available to guests throughout the night.
During the event, you will be able to collect your VIP pass.

Take a ride in electric carts and explore two of Kraków’s most picturesque areas – the Old Town and Kazimierz.
With the help of an audio guide, you will discover fascinating stories, legends, and lesser-known facts that have inspired artists, creators, and travellers from around the world for centuries.
After the tour, the carts will take us directly to Fort Kleparz, where an exclusive VIP Lounge awaits VIP guests — a perfect space to relax and network after a full day of conference activities.
Enjoy an open bar, a curated buffet, and a relaxed atmosphere during Digital Dragons Party, alongside creators and leaders from the global games industry.

We’ll start the day by enjoying breakfast with a picturesque view of the historic heart of Kraków on board the Aquarius barge. It’s the perfect opportunity to relax and have inspiring conversations in a unique atmosphere.
For those seeking adventure, a cruise along the Vistula on the Nimfa ship will be waiting. The route will take us past Wawel and the ICE Congress Centre, host to the Digital Dragons Conference. This is not only a moment of respite, but above all a chance to view the Polish game development scene from a completely new perspective!
