Your commitment and positive attitude are what matters most! However, please also remember to be punctual, diligent, and engaged in your assigned tasks.

 

NOTE:

 

  • Volunteers must be of legal age!

  • Participation in the MANDATORY TRAINING is a prerequisite. Anyone who fails to show up for the training without prior notice will be removed from the volunteer list!

  • We do not cover travel or accommodation costs!

NOTE: participation in the training is mandatory if the volunteer wishes to take part in the event. Training hours are subject to change; all information will be updated on a regular basis!

Front Desk

As the first point of contact for conference attendees, your task will be to greet and register them. We will teach you how to use a very simple registration system, print the necessary labels, and issue badges. Good English proficiency and interpersonal skills are required.

We invite every volunteer to join our Discord server – Digital Dragons Inn. There is a channel dedicated to volunteers where you will find ongoing updates, the schedule, and answers to any questions! It is very important for us that you join, as it will be our main communication hub for volunteers – both before and during the event.
