What we expect
Your commitment and positive attitude are what matters most! However, please also remember to be punctual, diligent, and engaged in your assigned tasks.
NOTE:
Volunteers must be of legal age!
Participation in the MANDATORY TRAINING is a prerequisite. Anyone who fails to show up for the training without prior notice will be removed from the volunteer list!
We do not cover travel or accommodation costs!
Mandatory training schedule
One online training session in the week leading up to the conference (date to be announced later)
Mandatory on-site training for every volunteer - ICE Kraków Congress Centre
NOTE: participation in the training is mandatory if the volunteer wishes to take part in the event. Training hours are subject to change; all information will be updated on a regular basis!

Front Desk
As the first point of contact for conference attendees, your task will be to greet and register them. We will teach you how to use a very simple registration system, print the necessary labels, and issue badges. Good English proficiency and interpersonal skills are required.

Stages
Support for speakers and technical assistance in individual rooms




Side Events
Assistance with our side events: Digital Dragons Party, VIP Party, etc.




Ticket Inspector
Scanning tickets at the conference rooms, identifying attendees




Technical staff
Assisting with event setup and dismantling of zones
Discord
Digital Dragons Inn
We invite every volunteer to join our Discord server – Digital Dragons Inn. There is a channel dedicated to volunteers where you will find ongoing updates, the schedule, and answers to any questions! It is very important for us that you join, as it will be our main communication hub for volunteers – both before and during the event.
