“Tytus Klepacz started his advertising career as a copywriter in 2006 – eighteen years later he’s a Creative Director & Partner at Endless – an independent ad agency based in Warsaw.
He had pleasure to create a charity music start-up platform Rak’n’Roll Records,
which raises funds and awareness of breast cancer. Since 2011 he has been on the jury of the most important Polish ad festival – KTR; in 2014 he was a member of the Cyber Jury and in 2019 Social and Influencer Jury at Cannes Lions Festival. He has been nominated to Advertising Person of the Year 2014 (Top 3 Creatives list by Brief Magazine) and listed in Top 20 Creative People in Business.
In 2016 he has been on the creative council of Facebook Awards EMEA and from 2019 he is a member of Facebook Creative Council EMEA. In 2018 Ogilvy Poland was #49 most awarded agency in the world according to WARC ranking.
Tytus also won the first ever and only Yellow Pencil at D&AD for Poland
and his creative team has found itself in the Top 10 Cannes Lions 2018 rankings
among both art directors and copywriters. One of his clients – Greenpeace Poland – was ranked #8 client at Cannes, overtaking such brands as VW, IKEA and Unilever.
Tytus’ work won trophies at One Show (including Best of Discipline), Epica, the Clio Awards, D&AD, Golden Drum (including two Grand Prix in a row), ADC Europe, Eurobest and over 20 Cannes Lions. He lives by the mantra ’if you want a thing done well, do it yourself’; so he wrote this bio himself.”
