Sebastien Croteau

Montreal-based Sébastien Croteau is a renowned expert in creature voice design and the founder of The Monster Factory, a talent agency that specializes in extreme sounds, vocal stunts and creature/monster voices. A master in an impressive number of extreme vocal techniques, Sébastien started his career in the 90’s as a vocalist for the metal band Necrotic Mutation while establishing himself as Tibetan, Mongolian and Inuit style throat-singer. In 2005 he began his games career as a vocal stunt worker and the voice of over 300 monsters and characters in over thirty video games like Baldur’s Gate 3, Warhammer: Realm of Ruins, Gotham Knights, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, Dead by Daylight, Dungeons and Dragons: Dark Alliance… the list goes on. In addition, Sébastien has been a casting director and a voice director for various projects, taught voice acting at the National Institute of Sound and Image (INIS) and trained hundreds of metal vocalists, throat-singers and voice talents around the world.
