Head of HR
Michalina Daszkiewicz is an HR enthusiast with over 15 years of experience in developing and implementing HR processes and policies across various companies. She is currently the Head of HR at Silesian Anshar Studios.
Though relatively new to the game development industry, she is thoroughly fascinated by the people within it.
Michalina’s empathy and exceptional communication skills enable her to adeptly align individual needs with business objectives. She is a staunch supporter of women’s initiatives and co-founded GameDev Girls Poland. On a personal note, she is the mother of a 9.5-year-old, with a love for travel and cats.
