Since 2005, he has been at Obsidian Entertainment, where he has directed Fallout: New Vegas, Pillars of Eternity, Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire, and the 2022 narrative adventure game Pentiment. He is currently Obsidian’s studio design director. 

Mike Pondsmith is a legendary designer of role-playing, board, and computer games. As part of his own publishing house, he has created iconic games such as MektonCyberpunk, and Castle Falkenstein, among others. His renowned cyberpunk world was adapted into a game by CD PROJEKT RED, a project he also contributed to.

He is a video games producer. In his almost 20 years in the industry, he has gone from coding, game design, and running a game studio to publishing, venture, and consulting. His passion is working with talented gamedev teams and helping them achieve their creative ambition. Some of the games he has worked on include Pathologic 2, Hellpoint, Not for Broadcast, Cartel Tycoon, Potion Craft, Desynced, and more.

Lead/Senior Concept Artist with 10 years of experience in the art industry. Initially pursuing a career in historical sciences, he decided to follow his other passion—video games. Having worked both as a freelancer and within game development studios, he has contributed to dozens of projects, from board and mobile games to AA titles, including Hot Wheels: Rift Rally and projects for PolyAmorous and Draw Distance. Currently is part of the One More Level team.

A psychologist and UX researcher with nearly 4 years of experience. In addition to working at PixelAnt Games, she teaches UX design and game psychology at the University of Lower Silesia (DSW). She is also involved in gaming journalism, publishing articles for Gry-Online and CD-Action.

He is a self-taught 3D artist with a passion for blending technology and creativity, which is why Houdini has become his go-to tool. Currently, he works as a Houdini Technical Director (TD), CGI Supervisor, and instructor. At Rabid Rat, he focuses on projects in the advertising industry, where he balances technical problem-solving with artistic design. Additionally, he teaches Houdini courses at M4G Seminars, sharing his skills and helping others dive into the world of procedural workflows. While most of his work is in advertising, he also has experience in game development. One of his favorite projects was working with Rabid Rat on the game Bumpkin and Sprout, which gave him the chance to bring interactive worlds to life. He enjoys connecting with others who are passionate about 3D art and exploring what’s possible with tools like Houdini.
