He is currently a Game Director at Wooden Alien and a Narrative Designer at Foregamer, always a narrative and quest designer at heart. He has been analyzing how visual media tell stories for two decades now, including 15 years in game development at companies such as Reality Pump, Techland, CD PROJEKT RED, and One More Level.
Aleix Ramon is a game Music Composer and Sound Designer from Barcelona, Spain. As a lifelong musician and gamer, Aleix’s soundtracks for indie games are infused with a strong sense of melody and 8-bit nostalgia learned from old-school games. His credits include FixFox, Captain Soda, Evidence 111, Guncar Arena, Magic Inn, and G-Switch 4: Creator, among others. When he’s not working on game audio, Aleix teaches game dev freelancers how to make a better living in an ultra-competitive industry while delighting their clients.
Kris Krej is a game creator and CEO of Frozen District – the studio behind the House Flipper series. His career evolved from a freelance programmer to the head of a game development studio. In 2018, with a small team, he created and published House Flipper – one of the best-selling indie games on Steam. Kris’s games have attracted over seven million players, who have collectively spent over ten thousand years playing them. Currently, he leads a team of 50 people, developing games for PC and consoles while also lecturing at three universities in Krakow.
Jennifer Wacrenier is Senior Manager of Operations & Communications at PEGI s.a., the organization responsible for the European age rating system for video games. In her role, she manages internal and external communications with the PEGI committees and national trade associations. Involved in the developments of PEGI, she also oversees the rating website, handles enforcement cases, organizes events and training sessions.
He is a Game Designer specializing in systems-based development, with over a decade of experience. Throughout that time, he has been involved in the production of 10 games released on PC, consoles, and mobile devices. Recently, his professional focus has centered on tycoons and city builders, but he feels comfortable widening his field of expertise. He finds joy in teaching and taking care of his team’s wellbeing, acting as a servant leader to ensure they have all the resources they need and can work in a respectful and safe environment. He is a neurodivergent person, diagnosed seven years ago with ADHD, back when the myth in Polish psychiatry that ADHD magically ends at the age of 18 was a dominant belief. Furthermore, he had to learn a lot about ADHD to get a proper diagnosis. Since then, he has started grassroots advocacy and mutual aid-based education on the topic of ADHD, sharing his knowledge with people around him. Later, he discovered that he is very much on the autism spectrum.
Joanna Podolska, PhD, is an Attorney-at-Law and Legal Counsel at Ten Square Games S.A. Her main areas of expertise are labor law, corporate law, and legal aspects related to new technologies. She has experience in providing legal advice to IT and gaming departments. Currently, at Ten Square Games S.A., she works closely with development teams on all legal issues, creating and reviewing all types of contracts, and providing legal support for other business and intellectual property-related legal issues. She is also an author of publications in the field of labor law.

Since 2011, he has been an instrumental figure in localizing nearly the entire catalogue of Blizzard Entertainment’s titles (Starcraft, Overwatch, Diablo), contributing to the success of games reaching 500 million players worldwide. From AAA blockbusters by EA, Epic Games, and PlayStation to acclaimed indie titles and Disney dubs, he has helped set the gold standard for Polish localization and dubbing in the entertainment industry. He is a foodie who also loves NBA, Star Wars, and The Simpsons. Fun fact: His passion for cooking inspires his work process—flavorful creativity with a dash of spicy!
